Rules/Notes

Entries for dressage close the Tuesday before each show and times will be available on the Wednesday before each show by phoning 01899 810304 between 7pm and 9pm. Entries accepted for the Showjumping before or on the field.

Entry fees are as follows:
Dressage: Prelim and Novice £8.00
Elementary £10.00
First Aid Cover £1.00 per rider

Showjumping: Clear round £6.00
All other classes £8.00
First Aid Cover £1.00 per rider

Cheques should be made payable to Hyndshawland Farm Stables. Separate cheques for each date please.

No refund of entries after the closing date. Should the show be cancelled a refund of 80% will be given.

The show organisers/Hyndshawland Farm Stables proprietors/management accept no responsibility whatsoever for any accident, loss, damage or death to persons, animals or property, howsoever caused.

Hard hats of current safety standard must be worn and correctly fastened at all times when mounted.

Back protectors are recommended for show jumping.

The judges decision is final. Any objections should be lodged with £20.00 which will only be returned if the decision is changed.

If your horse/pony is showing any signs of an infectious or contagious disease or is coming from a yard where either exists, please show some common sense and stay away.

NO MUCKING OUT OF BOXES ON THE YARD

WHEN YOU ENTER FOR ANY OF THE CLASSES IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND WILL ABIDE WITH THE RULES.
